1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Order cut-off
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed during the next 2 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship domestic nationwide in South Africa.
Standard delivery:
Free
Allow for 5-8 business days
Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

Express delivery:
R250
Allow for 2-5 business days

3. International Shipping

I do not ship original art internationally. However, my print products are available in South Africa as well as in the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, weather, or courier errors.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot deliver to a post box address.
We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
