Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Order cut-off
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed during the next 5 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship domestic nationwide in South Africa.
Standard delivery time: 5-8 business days depending on location.
Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
I have set up standard flat delivery cost of R100 if you do not qualify for the following free shipping:

• Free shipping of original art on orders above R1,500.

3. International Shipping

We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping costs are set up as a flat rate of R700.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, weather, or courier errors.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot deliver to a post box address.
We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
